New Years Eve we celebrated with friends in the south of Switzerland (Kanton Tessin / Ticino) in a little village called Orgnana. There friends of us rented a house with perfect infrastructure for such an event.
On New Years day we made an excursion to Monte Generoso. We were lucky: Perfect weather gave us a fantastic view to an immense bow of the Alps! We even saw Monviso on the border between Piedmont and France! Of course also the famous Matterhorn (Monte Cervino); the Finsteraarhorn, Jungfrau; Eiger Mönch; the Dufourspitze (4'634 Metre) and and and.
We did enjoy those two and a half day!
